Legacy & Loom specializes in personalized and custom-engraved jewelry. Please note the following:

  • All sales of custom or personalized items are final. Items engraved, stamped, or otherwise personalized to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any personalization details submitted at checkout (names, dates, initials, birthstones, etc.). Legacy & Loom is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Custom orders may require additional production time beyond our standard 1–2 business day processing window. Any extended timelines will be communicated at the time of order.
  • We reserve the right to decline any personalization request that contains offensive, infringing, or unlawful content.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including but not limited to product designs, photography, graphics, logos, collection names, and written copy — is the exclusive property of Legacy & Loom and is protected by applicable U.S. copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • Personalized designs created for your order are produced for your personal use only. You may not reproduce or resell any Legacy & Loom design.
