Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Legacy & Loom.

Eligible non-personalized jewelry may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Personalized, custom, engraved, name, initial, birthstone, birth flower, or made-to-order pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We have a 14 day return policy for these items.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders are covered. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and help resolve the problem. 

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted. We will provide a return address.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable. Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please send return request to hello@legacyloomshop.com.
