We offer two shipping options at checkout:

Fast Shipping Delivery Time

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. We assign the shipping warehouse based on the products in your order.

Returns

Because many Legacy & Loom pieces are personalized, made-to-order, or prepared specially for each customer, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or orders placed incorrectly.

We accept return or replacement requests only if the item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item was sent.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery. To start a claim, email hello@legacyloomshop.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos.

For approved claims, a prepaid return label may be provided when a return is required.

Our Metals & Finishes

We carefully curate pieces crafted from premium metals and finishes built to last:

18K Gold Vermeil — a thick layer of 18-karat gold over sterling silver, offering the look of solid gold with exceptional durability
Sterling Silver — 925 sterling silver, known for its bright, classic finish and lasting quality
18K Gold — our primary gold offering, prized for its rich color, purity, and resistance to tarnish
14K Gold — available on select pieces, offering a slightly more durable alloy with a beautiful warm tone
Rhodium Plating — a platinum-group metal finish applied to silver and white gold pieces for extra brightness and tarnish resistance
Stainless Steel — highly durable, hypoallergenic, and resistant to rust and corrosion; ideal for everyday wear
Titanium Steel — lightweight, exceptionally strong, and hypoallergenic; a modern choice for lasting wear

Our Gemstones & Pearls

Natural Gemstones — including emerald, coral, and others; each stone is unique in color and character. Minor variations in shade and clarity are a hallmark of authenticity
Moissanite — a lab-created gemstone with exceptional brilliance and fire, often exceeding that of a diamond; an ethical and stunning alternative. Comes with GRA certificateand special, premium packaging.
Freshwater Pearls — cultivated in freshwater environments, each pearl is naturally unique in luster and shape
Baroque Pearls — organically shaped pearls with an artistic, irregular form; no two are alike

Jewelry Care Guide

To keep your LEGACY & LOOM pieces looking their best:

Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or exercising
Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, hairspray, and household chemicals
Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratching
Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing
For pearls, wipe with a damp cloth and allow to dry fully before storing — never submerge in water
For gemstone pieces, avoid ultrasonic cleaners unless specified as safe for that stone
Gold vermeil and rhodium-plated pieces should be kept dry to preserve the plating
