Returns & Refunds

At Legacy & Loom, each piece is thoughtfully selected or created to honor life’s most meaningful moments. Because many of our pieces are personalized, made-to-order, or prepared specially for each customer, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or orders placed incorrectly.

Return Eligibility

We accept return or replacement requests only if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item has a manufacturing defect
• The wrong item was sent

All claims must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized, engraved, custom-made, and made-to-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Submit a Claim

Please email hello@legacyloomshop.com within 14 days of confirmed delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item
• Clear photos of the packaging, if applicable

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Return Shipping

For approved claims involving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, a prepaid return label may be provided when a return is required.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval may not be eligible for resolution.

Approved Resolutions

Depending on the issue and item availability, approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

Legacy & Loom is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Our team will also do our best to support you where possible.
